Each rhythm unlocking deeper self-expression and emotional release. Hosted by the Higher Love Club, this experience combines dance, journaling, and reflection to help individuals trust their bodies and embrace creativity.
With guided exercises and curated playlists, attendees will explore movement as a tool for healing, transformation, and personal freedom.
