      Terms and Conditions

      1. Agreement to Terms
      By enrolling in our online coaching programs or courses, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from enrolling or participating.

      2. Eligibility
      Participants must be at least 18 years old to join. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and all other eligibility criteria specified for the course or program.

      3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

      Payment: Full payment is required upon registration unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

      Cancellations: Committing to this program is a sacred right to be honored. No cancellations are allowed, regardless of pay-in-full or payment plan.

      Refunds: Course fees are not refunded if you decide to stop participating in the program. Payment plans will continue. 

      Deferment: Options to defer your enrollment to the next cohort or a similar container will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

      4. Access and Intellectual Property

      Course materials are for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

      All intellectual property rights in the content belong to the program provider.

      5. Confidentiality
      We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without consent. However, you acknowledge that the program may involve group sessions where other participants may hear or see your contributions.

      6. Code of Conduct
      Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without a refund.

      7. Disclaimer and Liability

      The programs are for educational and informational purposes only and do not substitute professional advice.

      You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions and actions following participation.

      We are not liable for any outcomes, direct or indirect, arising from your participation.

      8. Schedule and Modifications

      The program provider reserves the right to reschedule or modify course content with prior notice.

      In the rare event of program cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.

      9. Technical Requirements

      Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (internet, software, etc.) to access the programs.

      The program provider is not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end.

      10. Termination
      The provider reserves the right to terminate access if participants violate these Terms and Conditions. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

      11. Governing Law
      These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas and the United States.

      Committing to the Multidimensional Woman Retreat is a sacred right to be honored. We take special care to curate a group of powerful and sovereign individuals. We honor your decision to postpone or cancel, yet we ask you notify us immediately and respect our strict refund policy:

      ​

      1. If cancelling over 90 days before the date of the training, 50% of the total tuition will be refunded (if only 50% of the tuition has been paid, we will withhold it).

      2. If cancelling under 90 days before the date of the training, the entirety your tuition is forfeited UNLESS we find someone to take your spot. In that case, 50% will be refunded. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case.

      We recommend purchasing travel/retreat insurance if you have any reservations.
